The two stars are renowned for their roles in Bobby and Sheila Grant in Brookside and Jim and Barbara Royle in The Royle Family. The legendary actors will reprise their onscreen partnership for Ricky, Sue and a Trip or Two!, which gets underway on More4 tonight.
Ricky and Sue embark on a road trip to three special places, which have shaped their lives for the new series. In tonight's first episode of the three part show, Ricky and Sue will visit Brookside Close, The Cavern Club and Homebaked Bakery. Ricky was excited to once again share the screen with his close friends he said: “Sue and I have had a lot of laughs and a lot of memories over the years.
