The empty home of an allegedly murdered mother in regional Victoria has been robbed, just four days after the woman’s body was discovered in a wheelie bin. Chaithanya “Swetha” Madhagani’s body was found on Mount Pollock Rd in the town of Buckley, near Winchelsea, about 40km from Geelong, about noon on March 9.

Madhagani’s husband Ashok Raj Varikuppala is understood to be overseas. Neighbours said the alleged thieves lack morals. A red Mini Cooper was stolen from the home, believed to be Madhagani’s vehicle. A Mercedes was previously seized by police from the home.
