Bill Hader and Quinta Brunson created two of TV’s best comedies, albeit in very different ways, of the past decade. The creators and stars of Barry and Abbott Elementary, respectively, are now teaming up for another project. Sadly, it’s not an enticing, hilarious small-screen adventure or a fun rom-com . But they will lead the voice cast of Warner Bros. Animation’s The Cat In The Hat. The source material is, of course, Dr.

Perhaps a revamped animated version of an age-old story will get audiences excited? Everyone knows we prefer that as opposed to original storytelling, especially the people in charge of creative decisions, right? Anyway, at least the rest of the ensemble is extremely talented. The Cat In The Hat also stars Bowen Yang, Paula Pell, Matt Berry, and Xochitl Gomez. The film is co-written and co-directed by Alessandro Carloni and Clone High’s Erica Rivinoja.
