Amanda said she's 'broken' after discussing her fears for the future with her co-star Alan Carr on their show Amanda and Alan's Italian Job

Amanda Holden has opened up about her fears for the future as her daughters, Lexi, 18, and Hollie, 12, grow up and prepare to leave home. Speaking on her show Amanda and Alan's Italian Job with Alan Carr, the Britain's Got Talent star became emotional as she discussed the day her girls fly the nest.

Sharing a clip of the poignant conversation on Instagram, Amanda urged her followers to "enjoy every moment", reports the Mirror. "Time flies. Enjoy it." she wrote. Amanda's eldest daughter, Lexi, is preparing to apply to universities in the United States after completing her A-Levels. Her interest in studying across the pond was sparked during a recent family trip to Los Angeles.
