Former Late Late presenter, Ryan Tubridy, is travelling back home to Ireland say goodbye to Saoirse Ruane today.
"I’ll be bringing the thousands of messages you very kindly posted. Thank you for your thoughtfulness," he said under a post of a plane window. The Galway girl passed away earlier this week following a long and brave battle. Her heartbroken family announced the sad news on Thursday morning. "She told her story, the Nation fell in love with her and a charity began because of her and with that she helped enrich and encourage the lives of thousands of children in Ireland.
