Why It Doesn't Matter If Inside Out 2's Ending Is Predictable Close Though Inside Out 2's ending is quite predictable, it's not necessarily a bad thing. In order for the ending to be powerful, it also needs to be logical. Having the new and more complicated emotions disappear at the end of the movie just wouldn't make any sense.
