Taylor Swift jets out of Australia hours after father accused of assaulting photographer

Taylor Swift’s Australian leg of The Eras Tour is officially over, with the singer’s private jet spotted departing Sydney International Airport at 11.58am local time. The departure came the morning after the last of her four Sydney concerts and hours after she was seen at Neutral Bay Wharf, early Tuesday morning, where her father Scott Swift was accused of assaulting a photographer. The alleged assault occurred at Neutral Bay Wharf about 2.30am on Tuesday, NSW Police confirmed to 7NEWS.com.au.

Swift’s lawyers have threatened legal action against a US college student who has been tracking and publishing Swift’s air movements on social media. It comes after a member of Swift’s team reportedly broke their silence on Scott Swift’s assault accusations. “Two individuals were aggressively pushing their way towards Taylor, grabbing at her security personnel, and threatening to throw a female staff member into the water,” People reported. 7NEWS.com.
