The RTE weekend ratings are in for The Late Late Show

More than 20,000 tuned out of Friday night’s Late Late Show as RTE revealed that the station received just two complaints in relation to Belfast rap group Kneecap’s appearance on the show.

On Friday night’s show the rappers performed their new single Better Way to Live ahead of chatting with host Patrick Kielty. A spokeswoman for RTE said: "Friday night’s Late Late Show was watched by an average audience of 416,000 on RTÉ One and RTÉ One+1. It was watched by 38% of the available audience on RTÉ One.
