Moncler Offers a Master Class in the Apres Ski Aesthetic

There is nothing quite like getting asked a hyperbolic theoretical question while sitting in a van with a handful of people you don’t really know. It happened to me this past weekend, while I was in St. Moritz for Moncler Grenoble’s inaugural Fall/Winter 2024 show.

That assured ease is the greatest luxury.For the actual show, part of my outfit was already planned out: A white sleeveless Moncler puffer cape with a hood attached had been waiting for me upon arrival at my hotel. All 250 guests—including stars like Anne Hathaway, Shaun White, Kate Moss, and Willow Smith—got them, letting us sit comfortably along a runway carved out of actual snow in the woods behind restaurant Alphütte Clavadatsch.
