Attenborough to front climate-change film as BBC moves from teach to preach

Natural history programming is one of the oldest and most sustainable forms of TV life. It is 50 years since David Attenborough made his first major TV documentary series, The Miracle of Bali, its title capturing the eyes-wide wonder of the genre at the time.

Everyone knows climate change is happening (not as fast as everyone says), the best solution is not to tax the hell out of everyone but let the market figure out solutions! There is demand for clean energy so the market will make it happen!

Urgent action is required, more EVs, more renewables, plus the world cannot close the doors on capturing carbon from fossil and industrial plants and nuclear power if we are to make deep meaningful cuts in CO2 worldwide.

I'll watch it, but he's a bit fucking late to the party.

Look forward to seeing this film as David Attenborough is such an interesting and informative narrator.
