A new look teaser for Squid Games: The Challenge has revealed one contestant's secret weapon as they compete against 455 fellow players to net the $4.56 million jackpot. The gameshow is based on the hit Netflix drama of the same name, in which hundreds of cash-strapped contestants take part in a series of deadly challenges.
While the stakes aren't as high for the gameshow - obviously no one gets killed this time around - the contestants have claimed that they endured 'physical and mental torture' on set. An exclusive clip obtained by MailOnline hints at one such element of mental torture as contestant 301 reveals he has a secret link to contestant 302 - it's his mother.
