Hasnt this happened several times over an different movies? The Crow for instance comes to mind. Sounds like you have some morons from Hollywood always loading the prop guns with real bullets.

shannonrwatts Tragic, but I also don't know what to say. I know gun enthusiasts (and I'm by no means against hunting, etc) often cite their training and safety, but they seem to have so many accidental discharges and examples of irresponsibility. Another days-ago example was in a restaurant.

The depth of your writing is something that should be left to be desired, because in truth you never fulfill the basics of who, why, what, where, when or HOW the gun was fired. Did he fire it or someone else. Gunplay or true accident. Come on you got to be effing kidding me.

Instead of demonizing guns and owners, accepting them and enabling a culture of training an respect would eliminate most of this stupidity. It's not hard to be safe. Stop talking about guns like sex in the '50s.
Maybe if guns were treated more as actual weapons designed to kill and not props...political or otherwise.
