The Oscar winner, 80, recently took the stand in a federal courtroom in Manhattan, the culmination of a four-year legal dispute with his former executive assistant, Graham Chase Robinson, 41. De Niro’s production company, Canal Productions, is suing Robinson for breach of fiduciary duty, which relates to alleged misuse of the company's funds, among other charges.
