It has been widely reported that the TV superstar died in an apparent drowning incident in his Los Angeles home on October 28th at the age of 54. His funeral was held on November 3rd at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles.
Lisa Cash appeared on Friends during its fifth season in 1999, with her character as a flight attendant. During an interview with TMZ Lisa claimed she was originally cast as a hotel worker who Chandler was to cheat with following a fight with Monica after she has lunch with an ex.
