“We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew. We were more than just cast mates. We are a family,” they shared in their joint statement following the news of Matthw’s death.also reported that Matthew’s family carried his coffin, and his mother, Suzanne Morrison, his father, John Bennett Perry, and his stepfather, “Dateline” correspondent Keith Morrison were all seen attending the late actor’s funeral.
Since news of his death broke out there has been an active investigated lodged into the Matthew’s cause of death.that Matthew arrived home Saturday morning after a two-hour round of pickleball. Shortly after arriving home, the actor sent his assistant out on an errand. Approximately two hours later, when Perry’s assistant returned to his house, he discovered that Matthew was unresponsive and immediately dialled 911.
