Former Big Brother star Helen Adams looked unrecognisable as she stepped out to run errands in an all-black outfit.

She was also known for her hilarious quips, with the TV personality famously telling a housemate, "I like blinking, I do." While her TV career skyrocketed, her relationship with Paul suffered, with the pair calling it quits in 2006, and blaming the pressure of fame.
