British band 'The 1975', Matthew Healy, Ross MacDonald, George Daniel and Adam Hann speak after collecting their British Group award during the BRIT Awards 2019 ceremony.Organizers of the music event confirmed that the band are the first headlining act to be added on to the list of performers for the festival.
