While the building's days are numbered, with demolition set for early 2024 once permits are cleared, the agency's owners, Samantha Anne, and Carley Cantu, have stepped in, renting the space to provide artists with a temporary residency.The building, located on E Live Oak St and Congress Ave, now houses 38 artists, with spots still available for those seeking a space to create and exhibit their work.
"It's basically kind of like summer camp for grownups.
