The British Gas Energy Trust will be hosting a pop-up to assist those struggling amid the cost-of-living crisis in Glasgow.

A pop-up offering advice to those struggling with energy bills amid the cost of living crisis will be coming to Glasgow this month.

Taking place at Springburn Way Post Office at 230 Springburn Way, the events will be held between the hours of 11am and 2pm.At the pop-ups, British Gas Energy Trust money and energy advisers will provide free, independent advice for anyone seeking help. This comes as British Gas Energy Trust releases new data showing 32% of adults in Glasgow are struggling with their mental well-being due to the cost of living crisis and 19% of Glaswegians are worried about making ends meetNick Read, Post Office Chief Executive said: “Post Offices have been a lifeline to their communities during the cost-of-living crisis. It’s where people come to top up their pre-payment meter, collect energy bill support grants and manage their household bills.
