The Avenue BlackBox Theatre transformed into a spooky wonderland for their "Aveoween" event where people got to experience a horror tour on Tuesday, October 31st 2023
Rochester, N.Y. — The world of "Coraline" met the world of "The Nightmare Before Christmas" Tuesday atAs guests walked by doors throughout the building, characters from the musicals popped out to greet them, with each door getting scarier and scarier. For those who wanted to go all out on Halloween, they could opt in for a horror tour, giving them a full-on frightening experience.
"Aveoween is an event that invites the entire community out so that they can experience the theater in a different way," said Reenah Golden, founder of The Avenue Blackbox Theatre. "Our teen fellows have put together little scenes so that the community can come through and trick or treat".
