Hathaway is taking over for Sarah Jessica Parker, who is unable to host the awards ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances, the CFDA said. Hathaway will also present the evening’s American Womenswear Designer of the Year Award with designer Narciso Rodriguez.
The first of its kind store concept, called The Gateway, is located in SoHo at 599 Broadway, in time for the holiday shopping season. The store was previously an American Eagle unit. The campaign, which launches on Wednesday, features a film starring actor and Coachtopia community member Lola Tung, star of “The Summer I Turned Pretty,” who, alongside a creature named Wasty, makes a resolution to transform holiday waste into Coachtopia creations. As the season progresses, Coach will replace flash sales and other messaging with gift guides that speak to the sustainable nature of Coachtopia products. — JEAN E.
