The Art Factory in Paterson is on the block.

Owner David Garsia set up the Great Falls Industrial Park within the 230,000 square-foot complex, leasing out space to artists and turning a portion of the main factory building into a banquet hall. He recently contracted with firm Cushman & Wakefield to sell the complex. “It’s still operational, and still doing events there,” Rubin said. “People like that industrial look.”Richard Cowen/NJ Advance Media for NJ.Com
