The Aussie founder of a natural haircare range is giving back - donating $1 from every sale, for three months, to diabetes research. Sozo Australia founder Isabella Charanduk was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2019, and soon began to notice “large clumps” of her hair falling out. “I quickly noticed that many products in the haircare market were full of harmful chemicals, despite their labels claiming they were made with natural ingredients,” Isabella, from the Gold Coast says.

“Achieving healthy hair does not only involve caring for our ends but also maintaining a healthy scalp,” Isabella says. “That’s why our Scalp and Hair Health Serum has been formulated to nourish your scalp, as well as encourage hair growth with the help of scientifically-proven rosemary oil and bisabolol.” To use it, all you need to do is apply the product at least once a week as a pre-wash treatment, and then shampoo and condition as normal.
