Fans Memorialize ‘Friends’ Actor Matthew Perry

A Massachusetts-born Canadian who pursued tennis and comedy improv before landing his footing in sitcom television, Perry balanced stardom with a struggle with addiction for most of his life.Perry died Saturday at the age of 54. The actor was found unresponsive in a Jacuzzi at his home, according to Los Angeles police officials. The cause of death is still under investigation by the coroner’s office.

I’ll never forget the schoolyard games we used to play, and I know people around the world are never going to forget the joy he brought them. Thanks for all the laughs, Matthew. You were loved—and you will be missed.
