It’s not uncommon for an artist to be influenced by the place they grew up in. Yet few are likely to have as much inspiration to draw on as India-born, Zimbabwe-raised and now Peckham-based artist Rina Mushonga. The singer-songwriter’s nomadic personality is reflected in the vast scale of reference points on her new record, In a Galaxy. It’s technically a follow-up to 2014’s The Wild, the Wilderness, but the newfound boldness on this new work is startling.
didn't know MySpace still existed
Myspace is still a thing ? Let me rewind to 2002
How old is this tweet? MySpace is still active? Damn I gotta call Tom. I bet he’s pissed
MySpace is still around?
I'm genuinely surprised that so many artists and songs are still there. I thought Myspace had long gone to the virtual version of the elephants' graveyard. MySpace
Is that still going? I was on there years ago
TIL MySpace is still a thing
Tom should hand in his resignation immediately.
Who among us...
Someone hasn't paid his/her server bills...
clubelectricity Incompetents.
Have they checked down the back of the sofa? 🤡
These things happen. Just get all 14 million 'artists' to re-upload their songs. I'm sure there are a dozen or so awesome songs among the 50 million that haven't been posted on, say, another couple of thousand online platforms.
