Jakarta: Three newly renovated footbridges on Sudirman Road in South Jakarta were lit in the colours of the New Zealand flag to show solidarity with Christchurch after terrorist attacks at two mosques in that city took the lives of at least 49 people and injured dozens others.

Red, white and blue lights cover the three bridges near the Senayan traffic circle, in front of the Gelora Bung Karno sports complex and the Jakarta police headquarters.
