Everton transfer news, rumours, gossip and speculation including tributes to Bill Kenwright, the future of Amadou Onana, and the latest on the club's Premier League hearing and possible points deduction

Everton could reportedly face a points deduction of 12 points as their worst-possible outcome of the club's ongoing Financial Fair Play case.

Newcastle United midfielder Sandro Tonali is reportedly set to receive a 10-month ban from football, with an additional eight months suspended, for breaching Italian betting rules. I'm not really worried for Everton anymore because of the teams they are battling to avoid relegation. Burnley went to Brentford and were atrocious. Sheffield United can't seem to win a game. Luton have shown some fight in games like the one at Nottingham Forest and I can see them finding a way out.

Oh and a group of clubs secretly met to have a breakaway competition which would decimate the PL add that to Man City charged with 100 breaches of financial rules..Reports have today emerged over the possibility of Everton being deducted 12 Premier League points amid the club's Financial Fair Play case.

Writing on X, Carragher said: "The PL want a 12-point deduction for Everton for one charge. Man City are going to end up in the National League North if the PL get their way!! Then, when he and Kevin Thelwell reached out to me and I eventually joined Everton, I was fortunate enough to spend more time with him and get to know him on a more personal level.

He always believed in Everton and stood by the Club, even in the toughest times. He was steadfast until the very end.Everton points deduction claim When JP signed at Everton in 2019, he came straight from Afcon and then had a three-week break after a long season. He had to rest. But after four days training with Everton, JP played a match. He had not done a pre-season. The next game, he played 90 minutes!

Paul Tait's side were due to play their first match of this season's competition.. However due to travel issues - namely flight cancellations - the game with Bilbao will have be rescheduled. At domestic level, it hasn't been smooth sailing for the young Blues. In Premier League 2, they have five points from their opening six matches, picking up just one win.

Gutted with the news. I had a really personal and strong relationship with Bill. I can’t be more grateful for how he treated me, the advice that he always gave me and how he was with me and my family. He’s been through a lot in the last few years, I’ve been very aware of that. It’s a big loss for Everton and I think personally for me as well.
