Uzogbado, representing Oji-River under the Peoples Democratic Party , told News Agency of Nigeria in an interview in Enugu on Monday, that most lawmakers did not understand the work of the legislature in a democracy.
“The state government will arrange some experts in the field, to educate them on the actual work of a legislator,“ he said.
