Three men are fighting for their lives in hospital following a fatal crash in South Australia on Wednesday. They and a fourth friend were in a car which left the road and crashed into a tree on South Para Rd in Chain of Ponds near Adelaide about 9.30am.
Three critical and one dead in Chain of Ponds crash. A 28-year-old male passenger died at the scene. The 25-year-old driver and two other passengers, aged 25 and 23, all suffered critical injuries. All four men, originally from Indonesia, work at the Thomas Foods Plant and were living together with the dead man’s aunt at her home in Elizabeth. The three surviving men were taken to Royal Adelaide Hospital, where they remain in the Intensive Care Unit.
