Britney Spears' new memoir, The Woman In Me, is reportedly packed full of bombshell revelations. Although the book is not set for official release until October 24, snippets of it have already been reported.

It adds: "Written with remarkable candour and humour, Spears’s ground-breaking book illuminates the enduring power of music and love - and the importance of a woman telling her own story, on her own terms, at last". From an alleged secret abortion to claims of her early experiences with alcohol, below is some revelations said to be included in The Woman In Me.

Sharing a clip of Britney in a hospital room from the music video, Mohanacnh wrote: "I just understood why there is a baby in the clip… #BritneySpears."
