British singer and X Factor winner James Arthur rushed to hospital following award show performance

British singer James Arthur has revealed he was rushed to hospital following an award show. The Say You Won’t Let Go singer, who rose to fame on X Factor, said the medical emergency left him “rolling around in agony”.

James Arthur performs at Pride of Britain Awards. Arthur was hit by the ordeal as he attended the Pride of Britain Awards on October 8. “It started just before I hit the red carpet, I was all suited and booted, I started to feel this pain in my left … crown jewel, shall I say,” he told Heart Breakfast’s Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden.
