The kids peek into the home through a window when an adult appears in the frame, appearing to direct them, video shows.According to the footage, two of the children each snatch a basket off the porch and take off running with the adults in tow.The homeowner, who gave her name only as Shelly, said she was more concerned about the behavior than her missing Halloween decorations. She believes the two adults were the children’s parents.
She said she hopes the adults caught on her Ring camera get the help they need, and the children do too.
