Strictly's Zara McDermott BANS boyfriend Sam Thompson from the show's live audience AGAIN

Zara McDermott has revealed why she's banned her boyfriend Sam Thompson from watching her in the Strictly Come Dancing audience again.

Gutted: Already the Made In Chelsea star, 31, was 'forced' to stay at home by Zara so he could vote for her on his phone 'I was under no illusion it was going to be like this. I think for me, I thought I watched this show since I was seven, I have seen people in all different stages of the competition and come out in different ways.

Speaking to The Sun, Zara said: 'You are literally strapped in, so nothing pops out. You do a dress run before to make sure that everything stays perfect.
