A brand-new Cantonese eatery with a menu created in collaboration with celebrity chef Jimmy Lee has opened in Lanarkshire.

Chef Jimmy Lee, who recently attended his former high school Hamilton Grammar to give the pupils a cooking masterclass, commented: "I've been a chef for over 20 years, and it's been an honour to mentor the Shanghai Oriental kitchen team as they open their doors in Larkhall.
