This Morning fans 'switch off' show after terrifying clown segment

This Morning viewers were forced to “switch off” during today’s show as they aired a special segment all about a terrifying clown.

Hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary handed over to Isla Traquair, who had a chat with the clown, who had a message for Alison. It was all too much for some viewers who were forced to turn over, one person tweeted to say: “Shame I’ve had to turn tv off as I like this morning, but the clowns aren’t appropriate daytime viewing… interested to know who thought this content was a good idea???”Despite the fear from the viewers at home, some of the residents in the village appear to like having the clown around.
