PETALING JAYA: A long-anticipated holiday ended in heartbreak for Hazwani Amira, who was denied entry into South Korea.

Recounting her unfortunate experience on TikTok, Hazwani said she was forced to return because her just renewed passport lacked physical stamps from the Malaysian Immigration Department and that she did not bring along her old passport. She said the Immigration officer at the Incheon Airport had raised concerns about the absence of any previous travel history in her current passport."However I was still denied entry," she said.Her efforts to contact the Malaysian Embassy were futile as the South Korean Immigration officers were adamant that she board the next available flight home.
