A message has been shared on M&S Bank Arena's Twitter this evening

S Club have apologised to fans after the band's Liverpool gig was cancelled tonight just hours before they were due to perform.

A statement from the band, posted on their Facebook page, said they were "devastated" that the show had been postponed by the venue due to an "unforeseen technical issue". The band said the issue was impacting the arena's power supply and therefore fans' safety. You can read the full statement here.
