In the first, Rossum and Cutkosky beam at the camera, while the second sees them with a much more stoic look. Rossum captioned the photo with a simple sentiment: “This brings me so much joy.” With the Shameless finale over two years in the past, this moment is a sweet reunion for the two stars.
Where Is The Shameless Cast Now? Rossum and Cutkosky look all grown up now compared to when they started on Shameless. Playing Carl, Cutkosky was 12 years old when he started acting on Shameless, and Rossum was 25 . Whereas Rossum got her big break early when she played Christine in the 2004 movie adaptation of The Phantom of the Opera, Shameless was one of Cutkosky’s first on-screen roles.Since the show, Rossum acted in two TV miniseries, Angelyne and The Crowded Room.
Shameless also became a launching pad for career opportunities for the cast. Co-star Jeremy Allen White experienced a breakthrough after Shameless by starring in the hit Hulu series The Bear, which earned him an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series.
