Amanda Mealing, 51, has played Holby City’s Connie Beauchamp since 2004 to 2010 before she reprised her role in Casualty in 2014 and is one of the BBC’s highest paid stars. The actress has been a regular feature in the Saturday medical drama for five years, but prior to this, the star appeared on their weekday sister show for six years. The BBC released a full list of the salaries of their highest paid talent back in 2017 and Amanda was among the corporation’s highest-earning drama stars.
