Lynas should not delay sending waste back to Australia, says Fuziah

LYNAS Corporation Ltd has been told to stop finding excuses or delay sending water leached purification waste produced by the factory to Australia. Kuantan MP Fuziah Salleh said the rare earths refiner should be clear about the stand of the Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change Ministry on the matter and not to raise other issues, including the need for research on the waste.

Fuziah should also question why Xaxier lift the mining suspension despite Lynda not fulfilling the terms and SOP not adequate? Why no one ask or investigate him?

Agree and I am see an ugly end where the waste is abandoned left to Malaysia to dispose
