Century 21 Judge Fite Co. of Dallas bought Century 21 Icon in Waco, the company said Tuesday. Century 21 Icon will become a regional office for Judge Fite serving areas such as Waco, Bryan, College Station, Temple, Belton, Stephenville and Waxahachie.

“The addition will add an office in a market where we see future opportunities,” Jim Fite, president and CEO of Century 21 Judge Fite, said in a statement. “The entire Central and North Texas areas are growing remarkably with population projections among the top in the United States.”that Tucker realized it would be 15 to 20 years before he could offer the same services and tools that Judge Fite provides today.

Tucker said in a statement that the deal “allows us to pool our resources, enhancing our service capabilities as the premier Century 21 entity in Texas.”One of the few office buildings in Highland Park - located at the corner of Preston Road and Mockingbird Lane - is getting a makeover.A firm that’s done small mixed-use projects in Frisco’s historic downtown - Nack Development - is now targeting Mansfield for a new project., Residential Real Estate Reporter.
