CBS 6 has obtained Facebook messages investigators say show accused stalker Pilot Michael Arnold repeatedly violated an order of protection against him.

The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office arrested Arnold again on Friday, outside of a Schuylerville grocery store.

Deputy Nikki Voegler, who has been instrumental in moving the case against Arnold forward, made the arrest. Arnold now faces an additional 8 misdemeanor counts of Criminal Contempt as well as one felony count.. Arnold is accused of stalking Schuylerville resident Cassandra Wilusz both on the ground and with his airplane since 2019.

Over the course of the last few months, Cassie shared with CBS 6 numerous posts from Facebook she says are from Arnold, under the fake name of Albert Johnson. CBS 6 learned a warrant was issued for Facebook records a couple of months ago. The investigation found the fake account was linked to Arnold's devices."Change your wicked ways, girl. Karma is a wonderful thing, will be next. You will see them all pass before you."

CBS 6 was in Saratoga Town Court where Arnold was arraigned Friday. The judge set bail at $30,000 cash, $100,000 bond, or $300,000 partially secured bond. Arnold posted bail Friday night.Sources close to the investigation say Arnold fired his previous attorney, A new attorney was present at the arraignment Friday.
