Ahsoka was Star Wars' boldest TV show to date, but the finale left a surprising number of mysteries and unanswered questions - and some are massive!

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Summary The Ahsoka finale left a staggering number of unanswered questions. There's a sense in which Ahsoka is the most ambitious Star Wars TV show to date. It's gone where even George Lucas feared to tread - beyond the confines of the galaxy, along the pathway to Peridea. The various twists and turns of Ahsoka have rewritten Star Wars history, on both a galactic and personal scale for Ahsoka Tano and Sabine Wren in particular.

36 What Was Ahsoka Doing During The Star Wars Original Trilogy? There have always been strange gaps in Ahsoka Tano's personal timeline, and Ahsoka has done little to fill them. The most striking question of all is the simplest: what was Ahsoka doing during the Star Wars original trilogy? At first it seemed as though Ahsoka had resolved this issue, revealing she was tied into a Mandalorian-centric plot involving her Padawan Sabine Wren.

33 Why Did Ahsoka Take So Long Before Going To Arcana? Ahsoka's place in the Star Wars timeline was only solidified in episode 7 - but it caused massive problems. Ahsoka captured Morgan Elsbeth in The Mandalorian season 2, and months seem to have passed in-universe before she got round to retrieving the starmap on Arcana in Ahsoka episode 1.

30 How Did Baylan Survive Order 66? On the subject of the prequel Jedi Order, it's still unknown how Baylan survived Order 66. The dark Jedi made a throwaway reference to seeing everything he had ever known burn down, which Shin connected to the Jedi Temple. This seems to suggest Baylan was on Coruscant, perhaps even at the Jedi Temple, and somehow survived. If so, this may explain why he figured out another secret.

27 What Was Baylan's Agenda For Shin? In Ahsoka episode 6, Baylan insisted he didn't want Shin to just become another Bokken Jedi - the term he uses to describe Jedi trained outside the temple on Coruscant. Rather, he has much grander plans in mind for her. That makes it all the stranger when, the very next episode, Baylan abandoned Shin without a second thought. He clearly never bothered to tell Shin much about his vision for her, and she's left reeling.

24 What Was Baylan's Original Plan When He Joined Morgan Elsbeth? Baylan has his own agenda throughout Ahsoka - and that's decidedly odd, because it predates his learning Grand Admiral Thrawn is on Peridea. The most likely explanation is that he sensed the call to Peridea even in another galaxy, and somehow divined that Morgan was the one to get to him to whatever distant power he was sensing.
