Coronation Street star Liam McCheyne, who plays young Dylan Wilson, has been caught up in a bullying storyline since he returned to the cobbles earlier this year.
Sharing how it felt to return to Corrie, Liam said: "It was a long wait, but it was worth the wait. It’s been great to be back." The TV star went on to share that it was a "total fluke" on how he first appeared on the cobbles. While his twin brother no longer acts, Liam realised he wanted to be an actor "forever" when he was around 13 or 14 years old, having taken on a string of other TV roles. Aside from Corrie, the 16 year old has starred in All Creatures Great and Small, Last Tango in Halifax, The Bay, Moving On and the TV movie Mother's Day.Last month, viewers were introduced to the heart-wrenching school bullying storyline that saw Dylan, Liam Connor and Mason Radcliffe picking on Ruby Dobbs.
When asked if Dylan wants to fit in or if he's in fact scared of Mason, the soap star said: "I think there's an element of both especially when we start hearing of what Mason has done and we don’t actually know what else he’s capable of doing. Ultimately, we're not going to go against him. So I do think it's a balance of both wanting to fit in and being scared of him."
