Atiku Applies For Appeal Court Order To Inspect INEC Register, Other Documents.

The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party Atiku Abubakar, has filed an ex-parte motion at the court of Appeal in Abuja, seeking various orders of the court to allow him to access all documents used by the Independent National Electoral Commission for the conduct of the February 23, Presidential elections.

In the ex-parte motion dated March 4 and filed March 5, Atiku and the PDP applied that the Appellate Court serving as the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal to compel the electoral body to allow their agents to scan and make photocopies of vital documents used in the last presidential election for the purpose of maintaining their petition against the election.

Specifically, the ex-parte motion indicated that the order requested against INEC is for the purpose of filing and maintaining an election petition before the tribunal.

That's great

.

And forensic to examine finger prints on the balot papers too

Go on sir. We are supporting you. It is time for leaders to respect the masses choice than to force a choice on the people. If Atiku is bad as said, let him try. Buhari has tried and clearly seen he has nothing on the table. Let atiku try. It is not a matter of corruption.

Pls Mr Atiku, I thought by now u should know better. I STAND FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE.

Good move in the right direction

That great news, carry on our president no retreat no surrender, you must receive your mandate

atiku in support of what is rightly the will of the majority of Nigeria. Pls get it back for the sake of our democracy

We must reclaim our stolen mandate .Thank you sir Atiku

Nice one, this is a good step

Sir keep the boost going oh!!!

Under the Practice Direction for Election Petition Tribunals, can OfficialPDPNig, atiku file a motion for inspection of inecnigeria electoral materials without first filing a Petition challenging the Election? The law allows them to apply for Certified True Copy at this stage

Let them continue to be fooling you, until the Secondus finished collected your last dime, he will not turn back at you. Believe it, this man doesn't have any good intentions for Nigeria. You can read his handwriting on the wall.

Atiku go and sleep because even those you come back in your next life you can't be Nigeria president .

Atiku is serious ffs. Plus he appears to be playing by the rules and not inciting his supporters to being violent. When you have sense, you have sense. Not the 'I will make Nigeria ungovernable' maestro

Another exam for u foxe to rig with ur inec

Oh yes, let the journey begin 💪💪💪💪

Effort in futility

Ka odinu ka ana-eme!!

The journey has begun...

Good stuff

Hmmm in this Nigeria?

You will surely be granted permission

This is perfect!

All political parties should rather inspect. YeleSowore may even be declare winner.

Ghen ghen!

Good move.

Good observation

That stolen mandate must be retrieve by the grace of God

Forward ever backward never. Atiku get it back for the good people of Nigeria that voted you.

Good step in a right direction.
