In a similar development, Russian Ambassador to Nigeria, Alexey Shebarshin, sent a congratulatory message to the President on behalf of his country. He said, “It is my conviction that your decisive victory will pave the way for yet stronger and more prosperous Nigeria that you will be able to deliver on the people’s mandate.”
