Danny Masterson’s wife Bijou Phillips has ‘no plans’ for divorce after actor’s rape sentencing: report

, insiders say Phillips “can’t accept” that her longtime spouse committed the crimes for which he was convicted.In May, Masterson was found guilty of raping two women in 2003.Phillips has stood by Masterson’s side throughout the years-long legal battle, which began in June 2020 when the “Ranch” star was charged on three different counts of forcible rape.

“Mr. Masterson, you are not the victim here,” Judge Charlaine F. Olmedo said at the sentencing last week. “Your actions 20 years ago took away another person’s voice and choice. Your actions 20 years ago were criminal, and that is why you are here.”
