In this 1993 interview, the actor explained how Frasier Crane would differ from the intellectual psychiatrist fans loved across 11 seasons of 'Cheers.' Kelsey pointed out that his spin-off took over the soundstage used by the iconic sitcom, showing where Norm's stool was originally positioned in the new living room set. 'Frasier' streams on Paramount+, where the upcoming 10-episode reprisal season will also debut on Oct. 17.\r\n
