EXCLUSIVE: In one of the first acquisition deals at Toronto, Greenwich Entertainment today announced it has picked up Sorry/Not Sorry, the documentary about the Louis C.K. sexual misconduct scandal…

Collider, in its review of the film, wrote, “While there have been plenty of documentaries about beloved actors and comedians that have been brought down by their horrific activities—like last year’s excellent explores a deeper conversation about how normalized shocking behavior has become and if there can or should be a comeback for men like C.K.”Sorry/Not Sorry

Greenwich’s Andy Bohn negotiated the acquisition with CAA Media Finance on behalf of The New York Times. Financial terms have not been disclosed.is directed by Caroline Suh and Cara Mones and produced by The New York Times and Left/Right. Producers are Caroline Suh and Cara Mones, and Kathleen Lingo for The New York Times. New York Times’ journalists Melena Ryzik, Cara Buckley and Jodi Kantor, authors of the original 2017 article on Louis C.K., serve as consulting producers.
