What he calls “assault weapons” are still sitting in the basements and gun safes of your neighbours because he has banned their use but can figure out how to run a “buy-back” program. By the way, gun crime hasn’t gone down due to this ban because these weren’t the guns used in crime anyway. The Liberals seemed desperate over the weekend, turning to guns and abortion — their favourite American imports — to try and scare people away from a Conservative leader who is growing in popularity.
